Apexup has been established for 17 years. Cao Fensu said that from the company's opening to now, Apexup has an important principle: "their own training talent, never dig people". The cost of training a new person is much higher than hiring an experienced person with high salary. Apexup spends hundreds of thousands of yuan on training new people every year. However, Apexup still firmly adhere to this principle. When it comes to the reason, cao Fensu has been thinking about the industry for many years.

 

First of all, he thinks the problem of talent shortage in the industry is very serious. Only when there are a large number of new talents, the industry will have inheritance. But at present, the logistics industry does not form echelon talents, and there is no progress for the whole industry. Secondly, poaching is very bubble, especially for new companies, pay a high cost can match the ability of high salaries to hire personnel, it is to be skeptical. As an athlete, she has been trained by the country since childhood, and she also has the mission to cultivate talents for the country.
